Returns
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

- Gift cards
- Downloadable digital products
- Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
